Full Time Sales Co-ordinator, On-Site, In Dubai

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team in a fast-paced luxury real estate environment. As a key link between clients, agents, and management, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and efficient sales processes.

This is a full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, client-focused, and results-driven atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team
  2. Manage property listings, update CRM systems, and track sales progress
  3. Liaise with clients and agents to schedule meetings, viewings, and follow-ups
  4. Prepare sales documents, presentations, and reports as required
  5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  6. Assist with onboarding new leads and ensuring prompt response time
  7. Coordinate with marketing for listing updates, brochures, and events
  8. Ensure compliance with internal processes and RERA regulations

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or support role (real estate preferred)
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  4. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  5. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  6. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and problem-solving mindset
